On March 31, 2019, the China Building Glass and Industrial Glass Association(SGP film,SGP interlayer,ionic interlayer,ionoplast interlayer ), co-sponsored by Dongguan Qun'an Plastic Industry Co., Ltd., organized a group standard Seminar on "Ionic Ethylene-Methacrylic Copolymer Film for Laminated Glass" in Dongguan, Guangdong Province.

The meeting was attended by 49 leaders, including Zhang Baiheng, Executive Vice-President of China Building Glass and Industrial Glass Association, Zhou Liwei, Secretary-General of Science and Education Committee of China Building Materials Federation, Lu Minghong, Wang Jinlin, Assistant Chairman of Glass Association, Li Hui, Assistant Chairman of Glass Association, and leaders of professional committees, members of expert groups and invited representatives. At the beginning of the meeting, Vice President Zhang Baiheng made a speech. First of all, he thanked everyone for taking time out of their busy schedule to attend the meeting, and introduced and analyzed the operation of flat glass in the past year and in the future. It is pointed out that at present the national economy is undergoing structural adjustment and efforts are being made to eliminate overcapacity. At present, the state has financial support for the adjustment of coal and steel production capacity. Because of the strong regionality and the phased production of cement, the benefits of these three industries were better last year. In 2018, the output of flat glass reached 868 million weight boxes, an increase of 2.1% over the same period of last year; the industry's revenue was 76 billion yuan, its profit was 11.6 billion yuan, and its profit margin was 15%.Last year, the profit margin of flat glass was higher because: 1. The pressure of environmental protection was great, and the production capacity was affected. 2. Enterprises are in harmony. Because of the positive coordination and digestion of cost price increase, the flat glass industry showed high inventory, high price and high profit last year. Because of the poor concentration of enterprises and the lack of effective coordination mechanism, glass deep processing enterprises have high productivity, low price and low profit.

He further pointed out that: at present, the mode of economic incremental development in China has reached the inflection point, and the reduced development will further intensify the competition in the market. It is pointed out that the real economy is the core from the economic development process of developed countries and the policies issued by various countries at present. Our country is also gradually adjusting policies to serve the real economy, focusing on training a competitive, high-tech content of the real economy. The glass industry is also in urgent need of transformation and upgrading. The formulation of standards can regulate the production of enterprises and promote the development of the industry. The technical indicators of group standards must be high, and they should be leading and forward-looking.

A lot of work has been done by the standard-setting team of Ionic Membrane in the early stage. Today's standard seminar hopes that experts will actively make suggestions and make positive contributions to standardizing the production of enterprises and promoting the development of the industry.

Zhou Liwei, Secretary-General of the Science and Education Commission of the Building Materials Federation, explained and requested that the industry promote the work of standard quality. It is also pointed out that the formulation of group standards should not be lower than the national standards and standards. Standard parameters should be matched with foreign advanced products to guide and standardize the development of enterprises to high-quality production.

Li Hui, assistant president of the association, explained the standard-setting work of the association. He said that the revision of the National Standardization Law in November 2017 established the legal status of the group standard. In the same year, the Glass Association completed the registration of the National Group Standard Information Platform. At present, the association has issued 12 group standards.In addition, he pointed out that the Glass Association of the Regulations on the Management of Building Safety Glass issued jointly by the four ministries and commissions in 2003 undertook the task of revision. Now a working group has been set up to revise the management regulations, and the content of energy-saving glass promotion and application should be increased. The relevant work requires the active cooperation of enterprises and industry experts with the association to complete this work.

Yan Xiaofeng, the drafter of the standard, interpreted the standard sentence by sentence. Experts at the meeting expressed their opinions and suggestions, discussed the overall framework of the standard, and supplemented, revised and improved the specific terms and expressions of the standard. After the meeting, the secretariat, in cooperation with the standard drafters, will revise the standard manuscript according to the opinions of experts at the meeting, and the relevant enterprises will complete the verification test as soon as possible. Ensure that standard setting is completed in accordance with procedures.
